What counts as a minute?
The time callers spend talking to your assistant. A typical job enquiry takes two to three minutes.
What if I use more than my plan includes?
An occasional busy month is fine. If you regularly use more than your plan includes, we'll suggest moving up a plan so the service stays fair for everyone.
Can I change plan?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll move you. We'll also let you know if your calls regularly go over your plan.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans roll on from month to month. Yearly plans are paid for twelve months up front. The details are in the terms of service.
How do I pay?
By card, through a secure Stripe payment link, or by bank transfer if you prefer. We never see or store your card details.
